  • What is the late fee policy for rent payments?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month. A late fee will be applied after the 3rd. All Brevard Property Management's late fee is $100.

  • How can I report a neighbor-related concern or noise complaint?

    You can report any concerns or complaints directly through the resident portal or by contacting the office. All reports are handled confidentially.

  • How do I update my contact information?

    Log into your resident portal to update your phone number, email address, or emergency contact information, or call the office for assistance.

  • What is the process for renewing my lease?

    We will notify you 60 days before your lease expires with renewal options. You can also reach out to one of our offices to discuss your lease renewal terms.

  • What are the community rules and regulations?

    All residents are required to follow the community guidelines outlined in your lease. These cover parking, pet policies, quiet hours, and other rules to ensure everyone enjoys their living environment.

  • Can I sublease my apartment?

    Subleasing is not permitted unless otherwise stated in your lease. Contact our office if you have specific questions about subletting options.

  • How do I give notice if I want to move out?

    You must submit a written notice to our office 30 to 60 days before your move-out date, depending on your lease terms. Please review your lease for the specific notice period.

  • What is the process for getting my security deposit back?

    After your move-out inspection, your security deposit (minus any damages or cleaning fees) will be returned within 30 days, as required by law.

  • What amenities are included in my rent?
